Gayle Phelps

Trainer-Gayle has been a trainer in the motion picture and TV industry for over 30 years. With a strong love for animals since her childhood days of getting in trouble for bringing home strays, Gayle was destined to work with animals. Her animals are her babies and she is a typical protective mother. She believes it is essential to develop a close personal relationship with an animal to achieve the best performance. She has a strong affection for working with exotic animals and creating a bond to last a lifetime. Gayle works with a variety of animals including dogs.

Chris Edrington

Trainer-Chris Edrington began his career with animals in 1981 at the age of 19 when he applied for employment at a Southern California amusement park. By fate, Chris was assigned to work in the petting zoo where he began to acquire the necessary skills for domestic and exotic animal husbandry, handling and training. 26 years later, Chris is among the top trainers in his field working in all aspects of the film industry as well as corporate and private events. Bobi Edrington

Trainer-Bobi began her career training dogs for private parties in my late teens.She was introduced and began training wild animals in herearly 20's and remained a wild animal trainer for over 30 years to the present.

Julie Strang

Trainer - Born and raised in Washington State, Julie grew up with exposure to many animals. In fact, she was riding horses by the age of three! Julie worked with cutting horses for several years until moving to California in 2000, when she began her career in the film and TV industry. An avid lover of animals, it was only natural that she would find her way to Working Wildlife. Her knowledge and skills have enabled her to work in exotic locations such as Korea and South America.

Jeff Lee

Jeff Lee (nephew to Steve Martin) came to Working Wildlife in 1997, later founding Working Wildlife's Education Programs in 2000. Today this outreach program has entertained and educated over 100,000 people at over 1000 venues including Public & Private Schools, Libraries, Boys & Girl Scouts, Churches, and Private Parties.

Sarah Cole

Trainer - . After graduating from Moorpark College's Exotic Animal Training and Management Program Sarah started her career here at Working Wildlife. Sarah has been working as one of Working Wildlife's top dog trainers Since 2005. With her strong desire, dedication and perseverance she has become an invaluable asset to our team of trainers.

Aleah Laster

Trainer- Aleah comes to Working Wildlife with an invaluable educational background. She has a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Veterinary Medicine from Cal Poly Pomona. After working 2 years in Emergency Pet Medicine she became a Registered Veterinary Technician. In addition, she has degrees in Exotic Animal Training and Management, Wildlife Education and Animal Behavior from Moorpark College.

Alyson Cleal

Trainer- After graduating from Moorpark College's EATM program as well as completing courses in animal grooming, Alyson Cleal has brought her many abilities to our dog training team here at Working Wildlife. Her work currently includes the face of Petco, " Buster the dog".
